1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the betlucky platform (available at betlucky.club), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the betlucky platform. Continued use of betlucky following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and betlucky with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain a betlucky account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing betlucky from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of betlucky, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from betlucky or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Philippines.

betlucky reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration

To use betlucky's real-money gaming services, you must create a betlucky account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information required during the registration process.

You are permitted to hold only one (1) betlucky account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.2 KYC Verification

betlucky is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and, in some cases, before activating full account functionality. You agree to provide a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a driver's licence, passport, or PhilSys national ID) and any additional documentation reasonably requested by betlucky's compliance team.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betlucky login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. betlucky will never ask you for your password. You agree to notify betlucky immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. betlucky shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your betlucky account at any time by contacting our support team. betlucky reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

betlucky accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. betlucky does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Deposits are generally credited to your betlucky account instantly or within a short processing window depending on the payment method. betlucky is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. betlucky targets a processing time of approximately 15 minutes for GCash withdrawals, though actual processing times may vary depending on verification status and transaction volume.

betlucky reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting additional identification documents, proof of payment method ownership, or source-of-funds documentation. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on betlucky are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). betlucky is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

betlucky offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and promotional offers to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are credited to your betlucky account as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum bet sizes applicable to each bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• betlucky reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to bonus stacking, arbitrage betting, or use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
• betlucky reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings where it reasonably suspects that a player has exploited a technical error, loophole, or promotional offer in bad faith.

6. Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on betlucky — including slots, live dealer games, table games, sports betting, bingo, and sabong — are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game or game category. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

betlucky's digital games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed from certified studios with real dealers operating under regulated conditions.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, betlucky reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. betlucky's decision in such matters is final.

Sports betting outcomes are determined by the official result of the relevant sporting event as recognised by the governing body of that sport. betlucky reserves the right to void bets where results are disputed, where events are abandoned, or where betlucky reason ably suspects match-fixing or irregular betting patterns.
